Eafit Pure Creatine 90 Capsules is a food supplement based on creatine, which improves the physical capacities in the event of successive series of very intense exercises of short duration at a dose of 3 g per day.

Naturally produced by the body, it is involved in the resynthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cell’s energy source, during explosive and intense efforts. However, during these short periods, the body does not have time to regenerate its ATP, which risks limiting performances.

Complies with the AFNOR NF V94-001 anti-doping standard.

Directions for use

Take 6 capsules per day in 2 doses, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and before training, with a large glass of fruit juice or water.
To be used in a 2 week program and to renew if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
