Eafit Pure Creatine 300g is a food supplement. Creatine monohydrate is known to improve physical capacities during successive series of very intense exercises of short duration.

Naturally produced by the body, it is involved in the resynthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cell’s energy source, during explosive and intense efforts.

However, during these short periods, the body does not have time to regenerate its ATP, which may limit performance.

Directions for use

Take 1 level teaspoon (3.4 g) per day, preferably before training or in the morning on rest days, in a large glass of water or fruit juice.
To be used in a 3 to 4 week program.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
